Overview:
After spending time researching the most effective fat burning and muscle building exercises, I put them to the test.  I worked out for 90 days (every other day) and my results were shocking.  The three simple exercises of my workout routine are simple, effective, fast, and require no machinery! 

I will continue to post additional videos concerning workout routines and updated progress.
